Us Civil War Map
I can't be entirely sure why, but at the moment in my AUS game I have defeated all factions (Federals, CSA and PSA) I was at war with. Despite that, American Civil War did not end. I can't take any focuses and my militia won't stand down. Alternatively, PSA might be responsible. When I got pacific collapse, it was followed by peace conference, where for some reason USA was allowed to participate. |

the war won't end because the USA still exists - in Puerto Rico. Without more information, like a log, I can't really tell how that might have occurred. So my only advice atm is to just annex the USA via console and move on. If you do get some more info, please do post it here. |
