I am trying to install hotfix 2281463. I received the message cannot be installed: There are no products affected by this package installed on this system. I have Outlook 2010, I am not sure why I am receiving this message.

Unzipped, my Office 2016 iso, has an updates folder. In that folder is a readme.txt, 'Any patches placed in this folder will be applied during initial install.'

Unable To Install Office 2016 On Windows 10

Where would I get those updates? This is for Windows 10, 64-bit, Office 2016 Pro.

If it's 40+ updates to manually download an add, I'm fine with that. It's going to save time on the installation process. This is Office 2016 being installed from scratch. Eventually the machine would get the updates, but if I can get them all done on the initial install, even better.

Would I find and download them from here or is there a better way? Microsoft Update Catalog http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=82579LM

Looks like 116.. http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=Office%202016%2064-bit

That would be pretty nice if I just download these, drop the files in the Office 2016 update folder, and I'm done.

Issue:

Setup Could Not Find Any Available Products To Install

The Office 2016 update process has been updated to check your current Outlook configuration and determine if you may be affected by some known issues. If it determines your configuration may be affected, you receive the following warning:

Stop, you should wait to install Office 2016. You won’t be able to receive mail from a current mailbox. Outlook 2016 is not compatible with Exchange 2007. You may want to contact your mailbox provider or system administrator about this issue.

If you choose Install anyway and upgrade to Outlook 2016 for Windows, then when you try to connect to a primary, shared, or delegate mailbox or folder, you get the following error message:

Whos ready for jango to hopefully be added to Battlefront 2. Hopefully one day he makes it into this game. Jango fett for battlefront 2. And play Star Wars. Star wars battlefront 2 jango fett.

The resource that you are trying to use is located on an unsupported version of Microsoft Exchange. Contact your e-mail administrator for assistance.

Then, when you open Outlook, you get another error message telling you Outlook can't open your data files.

Or, when you try to open a Public Folder, you get the following message:

Cannot expand the folder. The set of folders cannot be opened. Network problems are preventing connection to Microsoft Exchange.

These errors occur because Outlook 2016 for Windows doesn't support connections to Exchange Server 2007 and earlier.

Solution:

To use Outlook 2016 with an Exchange 2007 resource, you can:

  • Uninstall Outlook 2016 and then reinstall Outlook 2013 on your PC, if you upgraded to Office 2016 from an Office 365 subscription.

  • Uninstall Office 2016 and reinstall Office 2013 Home and Business, Office 2013 Professional, or Outlook 2016 for Windows standalone if you previously had one of these earlier versions of Office on your PC.

For more information, see How do I reinstall Office 2013 after an Office 2016 upgrade?

You can also contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or company email server administrator about your email account to ask them if they plan to upgrade their Exchange Server to a newer version. If so, and after the Exchange upgrade, you can reinstall Outlook 2016 for Windows.

Tip: If you have multiple Outlook email accounts, and one of the accounts (that isn't your primary account) is connected to an older Exchange server, you may want to remove it from Outlook to avoid these errors and use it with another email program, such as Windows Mail.
